Andrew has a broad-based commercial Chancery practice, with a particular emphasis on company and insolvency matters, directors’ disqualification and property litigation. A member of the Charity Law Association, he also specialises in the law of charities and has acted for the Attorney-General and the Charity Commissioners in charity matters. He is recommended for his charities work in Chambers UK Directory.
Andrew is one of the Junior Counsel to the Crown and has advised and acted for a number of government departments.
