Profile
Tim has been recognised as a leading junior in property-related litigation for many years, and practises predominantly in that area of work. As appears from his reported cases (which are numerous), this extends over a wide range: landlord and tenant (rent reviews, lease renewals, the enforcement of leasehold covenants, leasehold reform); real property (conveyancing, including options, development agreements, easements and restrictive covenants) and more general work, with a property context (professional negligence, company law and insolvency).
He is a contributor towards the 31st Edition of Snell’s Equity (Sweet & Maxwell).
